Cancellation Policy
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT *All drop-in reservations must be made online and paid in full to secure your child's spot. *Advance reservations are recommended. Same day bookings may be accepted based on availability. *Spots are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. CANCELLATIONS *No refunds for cancellations or No-shows. ARRIVAL & PICK-UPS *Children may arrive and depart within their reserved timeframes. *A valid photo ID is required for authorized pick ups. *Only individuals listed on the registration form may pick up your child. LATE PICK UPS *A late fee of $1 PER MINUTE will be charged beginning 5 minutes after your scheduled pick up. *Continued late pick ups may result in suspension of booking privileges. HEALTH POLICY -For the health and safety of all children: *Children must be symptom free for at least 24 hours before attending. *Please do not bring children if they have a fever, vomiting or loose stools within the past 24 hours. *Contagious illness or unexplained rashes. MEMBERSHIPS *Membership visits must be used within the designated membership period and do not roll over unless otherwise specified. *Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. AFTER HOURS & WEEKEND CARE *Evening and weekend care must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability. *Premium rates apply for these services.
